For established Counties and Model County, a Sheriff may run for election by Announcement of Lawful Notice posted for 30 days publishing wo/man information, election date, time, location. Public Notice includes community postings (photographed), relevant e bulletin boards, print, and social media reasonable and customary to that county assembly. Upon election, the results need to be posted for 2 weeks after. Then the Sheriff may contact their PSO chapter for an interview. A Sample Election Notice Here
Dormant Counties, counties without Assemblies, are filled with prudent wo/men who self-govern through their natural rights inheritance. A Sheriff need only be a declared resident American State National domiciled in their county, and then follow the process of lawful Notice. With their election, they may then build their County through the Sheriff's Office. Instructions contained in these Federation of States documents by the Fiduciary.
