Lawful Jurisdiction & American Common Law Election

For established Counties and Model County, a Sheriff may run for election by Announcement of Lawful Notice posted for 30 days publishing wo/man information, election date, time, location. Public Notice includes community postings (photographed), relevant e- bulletin boards, print, and social media reasonable and customary to that County Assembly. Upon election, the results need to be posted for 2 weeks after. Then the Sheriff  or any elected official may  contact affiliate State National Organizations for an interview and joining  the Union Nation State assemblies, all 50 of them comprised of 3,150 counties.

   Dormant Counties, counties without Assemblies, are filled with prudent wo/men who self-govern through their natural rights inheritance. A people standing on their natural rights is the peacekeeper for that county.   American State National domiciled in their county,  follow the process of lawful Notice. With their election, they may then build their County through the Sheriff's Office.  Instructions contained in these Federation of States documents by the Fiduciary. 

     The original prudent man rule dates back to the common law, specifically the 1830 Massachusetts case, Harvard College v. Amory. As the Golden Rule dictates, Do No Harm, the Prudent Man Rule goes further, requiring that a fiduciary(self- governing people) must perform his/her duties “with the care, skill, prudence and diligence under the circumstances then prevailing, that a prudent man acting in like capacity and familiar with such matters would use…” and thus protect the lifeblood of the individual and all the creation in trust.

Once elected,  a Sheriff is able to protect the people of their county with enforcement of Common Law Courts.
