Priority One: Protection and Public Safety Education

    Welcome to the advocacy efforts for  your County Assembly in service to  the 50 State Assemblies counties.

    Soil Jurisdiction Peacekeepers exercise Superior Concurrent General Jurisdiction in law—serving as the ultimate local authority and guardians of the people’s rights and Soil Jurisdiction Reeves are the highest peacekeeping Officers upon their counties. De facto, commercial “County of” Sheriffs, operate within the limited capacity of municipal Maritime Admiralty (Air and Sea Jurisdiction) (maritime is air jurisdiction) law enforcement.

   Sheriff's Office can well establish peaceable assembly through  progeny education, foster benefits of assembling, and  enforcement. The prime Peacekeeper on your county is you, and your assembly will be assisted in every way to establish your self governance core team. 

                          Establishing Common Law  Courts is key to our mission.

Precedent for Rules and Procedures for the de jure Grand Jury convening, in compliance with Article Five of the Bill of Rights to decide issues brought before it by We the people of your County and with knowledge of 38A C.J.S. § 9, ... There cannot be a grand jury de facto when there is a grand jury de jure. (People v. Brautigan, 142 N.E. 208, 310Ill. 472.)**

Sheriffs Courts hear a variety of civil and criminal cases. Living people with a case concerning a value of $20 or more and intentional harm (criminal) cases as well as

Deputized people, and appointed dedicated deputies can fulfill the Public Notary,  Court Clerk   Bondsman,  Jural Secretary, and Record Keeping until a fully fledged Jural Assembly Pillar can be raised by the County General Assembly.

    The system of law we are heir to is complex and precise, each part checked and balanced for the overall good.  As living people we use the Public Law for our private good.  As Lawful and Legal Persons we use the private law (codes, statutes, regulations, treaties and contracts) for our Public Good.    

    The Resurgence Coordination team is your hub for education, training, and enforcement. ASN can be deputized, or a Peacekeepers deputy,  can fulfill the roles for common law court. 

   Your duties include identifying assembly members who desire training and are aligned  to the assembly mission of the enforcing American Common Law.
